Revised 2009 Broadcasting Code
Ofcom has published its revised 2009 Broadcasting Code (“the 2009
Code”) which sets rules for TV and radio broadcasts.
Ofcom has also published its new internal procedures for the
handling of standards and licence-related cases, fairness and privacy
complaints, and statutory sanctions in broadcasting.
