Experience Community Television
Community Television exists in many different forms in the United Kingdom.  Some Community TV projects have Restricted Television Service Licences (RTS) and are available as free-to-air analogue services in their local communities.  Others are available on cable and satellite.  There is also a growing number of groups making use of new broadband technologies to broadcast on the internet.  Find out more about the wide range of Community TV services across the UK by clicking on the links below.

NvTv offers a television service which reflects and enriches the diversity of the Belfast community by presenting programmes which contribute to expanding the variety of viewpoints broadcast in Northern Ireland.

Solent TV aims to provide a service that is relevant, entertaining, informative and responsive to the needs and opinions of its local community on the Isle of Wight.
 
Channel 7Channel 7 – Immingham
* On the NTL cable network in North and North East Lincolnshire


Channel 7 Concentrates on programmes that are designed to raise educational attainment, regenerate communities, develop the arts, reduce unemployment and develop the local economy.
 
Lets Go GlobalLet's Go Global – Manchester
* Streaming media on the web


Lets Go Global is an arts led Internet TV Channel which aims to build the capacity of local groups, young people and individuals and equip them with the skills to both create digital content for web streaming and to maintain and run web pages on a community web site.
