Run by the Liverpool Screen School at Liverpool John Moores University this free to attend event will bring together a range of highly engaging and informative speakers from industry, Higher Education and the local community sector to explore the opportunities and risks associated with the new local TV framework.
Proposed sessions include: the role of the BBC; audiences, brand and content; lessons from existing local content providers; compliance and regulation; and the role of Higher Education.
