Entries for the not-for-profit Community Radio Awards are now open.
Stations, management staff and volunteers from Ofcom-licenced community stations are all eligible to submit entries through the easy online system.
Each entry is £5, to be submitted via the awards portal – located at judgify.me/communityradioawards – and there is no limit to the number of entries or categories a station or volunteer can submit for.

Stations can choose to manage entries centrally, or allow volunteers to submit their own.
Entries are set to close on 9th June, which has been extended by a week, as requested by stations wishing to enter.
A rigorous and transparent judging process will take place over the summer, and a shortlist of up to five entries will be announced for each category before the event.
Awards chair Martin Steers said: “We are excited to have opened our simple, affordable entry process, and we’ve had an amazing level of interest and entries already, with lots of stations and volunteers from across the country taking part.”
The independent, not for profit awards will be held on Saturday September 10, at Birmingham City University.
